HÓRUS System

Hórus is a web-based system being developed by LabTrans/UFSC in a partnership with Brazilian Civil Aviation Secretary (SAC/PR). Its goal is to help strategic and administrative decision-making by providing management information on Brazilian civil aviation, such as:

  • Information on Brazilian civil aviation. It is intended to provide support for management efforts;
  • Data on airport ranking, monthly and annual traffic for several indicators – passenger-, aircraft-, freight and direct-mail-based;
  • The list of aerodromes registered in Hórus allows access to Traffic and General Information webpages for the selected aerodrome;
  • A map of Brazilian aerodromes, where you can navigate, run distance and area measurements, and also get access to information such as temperature, weather, and humidity for the selected airport;
  • Information related to indicator groups, together with analysis data and complex data presented in chart and table formats;
  • In HOTRAN there is information available on domestic flights in general, by airport and by route. It allows viewing weekly routes on a map, which can be filtered by origin, destination or both, and also by date.
