SIGBNB – GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR THE BANK OF NORTHEASTERN BRAZIL

The main objective of this system is to allow the query and display of information on maps using GIS-based technology. It works throughout the area of operation of the Bank of Northeastern Brazil (BNB). With the information being arranged into a graphic format it is possible to: check the regionalization of investments; differentiate the type of investment according to the type of business; create categories of investments according to the amount of resources involved; cross information about investments with socioeconomic data, as well as other types of analyzes and possibilities that the Geographic Information System offers.
