SICOF – RAILROAD OPERATING COSTS SYSTEM

The SICOF is a computational tool developed in accordance with the methodology for surveying costs established in partnership with the National Land Transportation Regulatory Agency (ANTT) using the agency’s existing operational and financial databases.

The system is highlighted by its principal functions:

• Calculation of railroad operating costs;
• Management module;
• Development of tariff matrix;
• Simulator of operating costs for concession holders; and
• Quality analysis of operational and financial data.
