DEVELOPMENT AND ZONING PLAN FOR THE PORT OF ANTONINA

The Development and Zoning Plan Organized for the Port of Antonina (DZPOP) has produced, as its main result, the structured diagnosis regarding all aspects of the port and its relation to the environment in which it is located, and the definition of an action plan which lists the improvements and investments necessary to meet projected demand over the next 20 years.

Furthermore, port macro-zoning and areas for port expansion were defined, in view of the major constraints to the development of port activities such as: the port/city relationship, land use and cover, land and sea access, operational issues, and environmental issues.
