Survey of Paraná State Waterway Potential

The survey gathered information on the existing waterway grid in the State of Paraná in order to provide guidelines and suggest improvements for that sector.

The plan consisted of two activities: the first one is a survey and assessment of the Federal Plans for the state waterway industry in order to identify future actions for its waterways; the second involves preparing an inventory and analysis of waterways in order to find out what the installed infrastructure in the state is, gather information to guide the creation and upgrading of current standards regulating waterway operations, and help the industry development.
