Assessment of aerodrome heritage areas – Technical Support in Planning for the Civil Aviation Sector
Cooperation with the National Civil Aviation Secretariat aims to update the registration of the Union properties that make up the public civil airport sites, in order to enable the Union to make investments, in compliance with the normative and legal requirements in force.
The activities involve the spatialization of the limits of the current and proposed heritage areas, research and standardization of cadastral data and georeferenced bases, execution of on-site surveys, cartographic production and preparation of technical reports, memorials and cadastral files for each aerodrome contemplated in the cooperation.
The products developed are the following:
- Current and proposed heritage plans
- Civil-Military Zoning Plants
- Descriptive Memorials
- Registration forms
- Georeferenced database
- Raw files resulting from on-site surveys
- Data processing and quality control reports
- Aerodrome analysis reports, containing studies of infrastructure, operations and geographic analysis (environmental, urban and social conditions)
- Field reports
The studies follow the parameters and legal regulations defined for the Brazilian airport sector, in addition to those associated with the procedures of spatial survey and environmental analysis. The elaborated products subsidize the actions of framing the aerodromes to the National Civil Aviation Policy (PNAC) and to their concession and exploration programs.
